Got the H100 before the price bump. Tanks built to be repaired, not replaced. Unless I forget them on a plane, they’re forever. Around $1,600 tax-free in Japan or the EU, and the perfect headphones for the flight home.

I've had other subscribers tell me the same! I was really close to snagging some before the price bump. I'll be out in Japan in October and hope to test them out there.

If your looking for more IYKYK kitchen stuff. I recommend peering down the rabbit hole into The Emile Henry brand - sublime series of Dutch ovens.

Definitely a IYKYK item. This makes the whole idea of a stainless pot, teflon frying pan, heavy cast iron Dutch oven, bread pan and the list goes on…seem redundant and cheap.

Made of French clay, naturally non stick, non toxic, scratch resistant, Cook’s your food evenly so it tastes better and keeps it warm longer because the clay retains the heat.

What’s more is that you feel like you are using something of quality, a connection to “the way they did it in the past”. Imperfect and yet a masterpiece unparalleled. Like a broken in Bedale that looks more handsome with age ,you get a feeling this could last longer than you.

Similar to how after buying a Sebenza you sell all your other blades now realizing they are dead to you and you will never think of them again, less is really more…It makes you want to take care of it. The Rolex of Dutch ovens.. I’ve gone too far and lost all credibility haha.
